A recipe that will give a little exotic taste to your picnic.


  • 4 pitas
  • 300 g cooked lamb
  • 2 tomatoes 1 white onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 jar of marinated artichokes
  • 1 heart of lettuce. Sauce :
  • 2 sheep yogurts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh mint.


Split the pitas with a sharp knife. For the sauce, mix yogurt, olive oil, crushed garlic clove and chopped mint. Add salt and pepper. Spread some sauce inside the pitas. Wash the vegetables. Slice tomatoes, onion and zucchini. Cut lamb into strips and lettuce into strips. Drain the artichokes and cut them in four. Slip the different ingredients into the pitas with the remaining sauce.
